During his career, Booth played 134 games for the Canucks. He was originally brought to Vancouver via trade with the Florida Panthers in 2011, in a deal which saw the Canucks move Marco Sturm and Mikael Samuelsson. Along with Booth, Vancouver also received Steven Reinprecht and a 2013 third-round pick, which was used to draft Cole Cassels.

Booth has played all over the world in the last decade. On top of his time in the NHL, he has played in Russia, Norway and Germany. As mentioned, he played last season in the Erste Liga, which is a league that operates in both Hungary and Romania.

The Australian Ice Hockey League, or AIHL, has already kicked off their 2025 season. The Ice are currently leading the league with 22 points in nine games and are coming off a 9-8 victory on Saturday. Their next match is scheduled for May 30, when they will take on the Melbourne Mustangs.
